We’ve all heard the phrase: “a leap of faith.” But how many of us really know what it means to take a leap of faith? One man who really knows is Abraham. He and his wife, Sarah, left the comforts of home to walk 500 miles away to a place they had never been all because God told him to go. God also promised to bless them for their faithfulness and obedience. The same God who called them and blessed them is calling and blessing us today. As we look through the story of their lives, we can learn something about our own faith journey. We will find the encouragement and confidence to boldly take a leap of faith when God calls us. There are blessings waiting for those who will step out in faith to follow God.
