Have you ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions? Perhaps you felt great sadness at the loss of someone close to you. Or maybe you felt incredible joy when you received an unexpected blessing. Emotions are an important part of what it means to be human. God created us with the ability to feel emotions because he also feels them. He knows what it means to feel love and joy and he also understands disappointment and betrayal. While we may think of some emotions as good and others as bad, they are not good or bad in themselves. What is more important is how we react to the way we feel. There are principles in the bible that will help us process our emotions in a way that is healthy. Join us as we explore some ways to deal with our feelings.
