Sometimes it is difficult to see the purpose of God in our lives. It might be because what we are going through is so painful that we can’t imagine anything good coming from it. On the other hand, it could be because it seems too dull and routine to have a deeper meaning. Quite often, there is more to the story than what we see on the surface. God is able to weave the events of our life into an intricate and beautiful tapestry that is best viewed from a distance. In order to see how he operates, we will explore the last few weeks of Jesus’ life so that we can observe the purpose of God unfolding in his life. What seems random or painful is actually essential to his plan to save humanity from sin. It’s time to explore a little deeper beyond the surface so that we can discover that there’s more to the story than we thought.
