If God wrote a letter to you today, what do you think he would say? In the first century, Jesus wrote seven letters to seven churches which are included in a book called Revelation. A revelation is a surprising and previously unknown fact - and the book of Revelation is indeed surprising! In this mysterious book, God reveals what will happen as his plan continues to unfold on earth and in heaven. The letters to the churches are also a revelation that exposes their good qualities and their weaknesses. Why would Jesus write these letters and what can they teach us today? If we don’t know where we are struggling, we can’t do anything to fix it. Let’s tune our ears into the voice of the Spirit so that we can allow him to transform our lives today.
